Small is Beautiful - in 2010 Most Buyers Agree!

So recent surveys show that buyers in 2010 tend to prefer smaller homes. Well, it's about time!!! With greater efficiency, lower costs to maintain, heat, cool and less negative impact on the environment, all we can say is Hooray!!! If the floor plan is open and well designed, even a 1300 sq. ft. house can feel as spacious and comfortable as one nearly twice that size. More space means more accumulations of stuff you don't need, don't use and later donate or dispose of at yard sales or in dumpsters. Living smaller is incredibly liberating and makes it easier to travel and experience the world with a lot fewer worries. Or to afford a get-away in another place. Small is beautiful.
